Patient Access Information

From 13.10.22 any patients who use Patient Access to contact the practice will no longer be able to use this service. This is because we are moving to a different computer system which doesn’t link in with Patient Access.

To continue to be able to access your records and order medication, we advise that you register yourself with the NHS App. You can do this yourself with no need for codes and passwords from the surgery. The NHS App also provides lots more medical information which may be useful to you.
