Patients must:

• register with the practice, providing the requested identity information
• recognise and observe PFP policies and procedures
• show respect to others and not intimidate anyone
• allow others to use the surgery without interruption or disruption
• attend the appointments that they have booked
• observe all health and safety regulations throughout PFP as well as additional rules in specific areas
• observe the no smoking regulations
• follow the emergency evacuation procedures
• not damage equipment, materials or buildings
