We hope that the service that is offered by the Practice always reaches the highest standards, but we recognise that there are times when you may want to make a complaint about the service.

We are able to take complaints either in writing or by telephoning the Practice Manager on 01379 642023.  (Please note that we are unable to deal with complaints made through e-mail)

All complaints will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt, and we will try to respond fully within 10 days.  Where we are not able to complete investigations within the ten working day period, we will write to you again with an interim reply which will explain what we have done up to that time, and when we will have a further reponse for you.
